【岗位职责】

1、负责本部门文件的打印、传递及资产管理。

2、负责酒店新员工入职手续办理；

3、负责酒店员工离职手续办理；

4、酒店核对部门排班并每月考勤核对，汇总员工餐次记录；

5、负责酒店员工假期管理；

6、员工更衣室、员工宿舍管理；

7、员工福利（如温泉券、制服）管理；

8、员工健康证管理；

9、员工时基系统定期更新（含外包员工）；

10、定期更换员工宣传栏的内容。

【岗位要求】

1、大专以上文化程度或具备文秘方面的专业知识；

2、懂得电脑操作，能较熟练运用Excel、PPT；

3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力；

4、身体健康、精力充沛。
