- 统筹客房日常运作，合理安排排班与工作分配，确保客房清洁、公区维护按时完成。
- 执行客房服务标准，处理宾客需求与投诉，提升住客满意度。
- 监管布草、制服及客衣的收洗与送返，把控洗涤质量与时效。
- 管理工作间、库房及操作设备，做好物资出入库登记与盘点，确保用品充足、摆放有序。
- 执行客人遗留物品的登记、保管、认领及处置，做到有据可查。
- 编制并监控部门预算，控制易耗品、洗涤费及人力成本，落实节能降耗。
- 协调园林绿化及外围环境养护，保持景观整洁。
- 负责员工招聘、培训、排班与绩效考核，做好带教与辅导。
- 排查卫生隐患并跟进整改，确保符合卫生、消防及防疫标准。
- 与前厅、工程等部门保持沟通，协调维修、VIP接待及应急事件处理。
