职位描述

Rooms related work experience is prefered.

In charge of  FO/ HSKP/ F&B/ Engineering/ Security Department.

MAJORRESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :

1.            To ensure that each venue isaccounted for separately as an individual profit center.

2.            To ensure that each venue is managedby a Manager / Management Team who are totally accountable for theirprofitability.

3.            To set the annual operating budgetsand monthly forecast with F&B manager.

4.            To monitor all costs andrecommend/institute measures to control them.

5.            To ensure that the various venuesand banquets adhere to all Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and BrandStandards.

6.            To ensure that all DepartmentalOperations Manuals are prepared and updated.

7.            To ensure the F&B dailyoperations can meet the EHC inspection requirement and maintain high qualityhygiene standard.

8.            To prepare the F&B yearlymarketing research and business plan with F&B manager.

9.            To continuously seek ways to assistmanagement in the venue to maximize revenues and profit.

 

RoomsFinancial\ Marketing and Operational

1.            Purchase operational supplies asrequired within budget and outlook.

2.            Report maintenance faults and damageto furniture and fittings in all areas of the hotel to the maintenancedepartment.

3.            Participate in the preparation ofthe Strategic Business and Operating Plans.

4.            Prepare monthly outlook/forecastreports and compile rooms reports as requested.

5.            Negotiate contracts with approvedsuppliers as per corporate policy.

6.            Monitor Brand Assurance and ensurethe Rooms daily operation can meet the brand stand requirement and achieve agood score for the LRA audit.

7.            Monitor guest questionnaires and GEIresults to identify shortfalls and remedy service issues.

8.            Control and monitor availability ofrooms, room types and rate categories.

9.            Attend promptly to all guestcomplaints and requests.

10.         Oversee the inspection of VIP rooms andsuites.

11.         Monitor the SPG program and ensure toachieve the SPG enrollment goal.
