岗位职责
1.检查各公区是否达到应有的清洁保养效果。
2.协助客房管理层管理部门每日的工作。制定和编排公共区域大清洁工作计划、防疫（杀虫）、工作计划和人力安排计划。
3.负责同事的业务培训和纪律教育，确保同事的言谈举止、服务质量符合饭店的标准。负责同事的排班、考勤和休假审核，根据客情需要及同事特点安排日常工作，调查日常工作发生的问题，做好重大节日、重要会议、宴会和贵宾到访之前的布置检查工作，做好与各有关部门的沟通和协调工作。

岗位要求
1.高校毕业或同等学历。
2.具备一年以上同等岗位工作经验。
3.团队精神以及良好的沟通能力。
4.专业的公共区域清洁及保养知识。
