【岗位职责】
1、 熟悉酒店一切规章制度、服务标准和规程。
2、 与宾客保持良好的工作关系，适时了解宾客需求并及时准确地反映到相关部门。
3、 与同事和其他部门保持良好的工作关系。
4、 熟悉酒店的各种服务设施的位置、经营特色和营业时间。
5、 掌握酒店的各种大型会议、宴会及其他重要活动的情况，了解本市交通、商业、旅游、气象、风俗等基本情况以满足客人的问讯要求。
6、 按照服务规程做好留言及查询工作。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上文化程度。
2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。
3、通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。
4、熟知本市交通旅游、文化、风俗、美食、娱乐等到信息。
5、相貌端正，身体健康。
