岗位职责：
1、负责凉菜间的整体运营与管理，合理安排人员分工；
2、制定凉菜菜单并把控出品质量，确保口味稳定与创新；
3、监督食材的验收与使用，保障食品安全与成本控制；
4、维持厨房卫生标准，严格执行食品安全操作规范；
任职要求：
1、熟悉各类凉菜制作工艺，具备扎实的刀工和摆盘能力；
2、具有较强的现场管理能力和团队协作意识；
3、能承受高强度工作压力，注重细节与执行力；
4、有星级酒店或大型餐饮企业相关工作经验者优先。
