西餐厅主管岗位职责
1、在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求；2、监督餐厅的服务，监督客用设施和服务的标准，监督服务设备的维护保养，和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求，和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算；
3、专业的处理客人的投诉。
岗位要求
1、大专以上或同等学历毕业；
2、具备1年以上相关工作经验；
3、具有良好的外表、和开朗的性格；
4、具有较强的管理能力、及良好的人际关系。
国际联号工作经历：优先国内管理公司经历：优先语言能力：中国普通话-精通计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：18-30岁
