1.Arrive on duty with a clean, sober and smart appearance, Responsible for high standard ofservice of Food & Beverage in the restaurant; plans, direct, control andco-ordinate activities of all associate in the restaurant.
到岗时需有干净，冷静和利索的外观，对餐厅的高服务标准有责任，计划，指导，控制统筹餐厅的所有员工。
2.Prepare monthly training plans and trainingreports with the manager.
和经理准备每月的培训计划，和培训报告。
3.Maintain a good working atmosphere and team work within his Department and through out the hotel.
整个酒店保持良好的工作氛围和团队合作。
4.Responsible for hygiene, cleanliness and good appearance of his station, and proper maintenance of all operating equipment,furniture, and fixtures.
负责卫生、整洁、美观的备餐台,并适当维护操作设备和固定资产。
5.Ensure that all associates are aware of thehotel facilities, name of Food & Beverage outlets, hours of operation, etc.
确保所有员工都意识到酒店的设施、食品及饮料供应点,运营时间等等。
6.Ensure that the restaurant is properly equippedand staffed at all times.? Checkreservation.
?确保餐厅运营设备及员工是充分的。检查预定。
7.Responsible fora chieving the budget & controlling beverage costs in close co-operationwith the cost controller.
和成本控制经理紧密合作，负责完成酒水预算和成本控制。
8.Highly visiblein the restaurant and handle complaints.
处理餐厅现有的投诉。
9.Establish good guest contact by setting up guest history cards, greet guests by name whenpossible, infrom regular guests about activities and promotion in the Hotel.
通过客人资料，建立良好的客户关系, 如果可能，称呼客人名字,通知客人有关活动和酒店耐促销的东西。
