职位描述

1.     Direct and control all subordinate Food and Beverage associate to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met

      管理和控制所有餐饮部员工以确保日常事务及时被处理,并达到客人期望值

2.     Provide guidance and assistance to the Outlet Managers helping them in the execution of their responsibilities and helping them to set their own goals and objectives

      指导和协助分部门经理实行他们的工作职责和设定各自的目标.

3.     Oversee the service standards of all outlets ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations

      监督每个部门的服务标准以达到预期标准和超过客人期望.

4.     Oversee the quality, consistency, and presentation in all  Food and Beverage outlets to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations

      监督每个部门的品质,服务一致性,产品展示,以达到预期标准和超过客人期望.

5.     Assist the F&B Director by participating in the preparation of the Food and Beverage  promotion plan and executes specific promotional activities as directed

   协助餐饮总监制定餐饮促销计划和实行详细的促销活动.

6.     Assist in the preparation of the hotel’s annual budget and monitor and control the performance of the individual outlets.

      协助制定酒店年度预算和监控个体部门的表现.

7.     Assist in monitoring and controlling the hotel’s OE inventory and participate in inventory taking.

   监控并参与酒店固定资产的盘点..

8.     Conduct frequent front and back of house checks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, employee grooming and manning levels are in order and take appropriate action where necessary. .

    经常管理前后台的检查确保备餐用品,服务程序,卫生标准,维修程序,员工仪容仪表和人员配备合适并在有必要的前提下采取行动.

9.     Assist in the maintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports on time as directed.

      协助维持有效率的行政,并及时递交营运报告

10.   Assist in the selection, training and evaluation of subordinate employees. .

      协助挑选,培训和评估下属员工.

11.   Coach, counsel, discipline and develop subordinate employees.

    训练,建议,训导和发展下属员工

12.   Act as a liaison between the Executive Assistant Manager or F&B Director and the Outlet Managers appraising him/her of the situation and updating him/her on issues of importance

   在做学总经理餐饮行政助理或餐饮总监和分部门经理之间的沟通桥梁,评估他们并更新重要讯息
