11.    Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Food and Beverage Departmental Budget, in close co-operation with the Executive Chef ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled. 协助行政总厨定期更新餐饮部的预算,密切与行政总厨合作,确保达成既定目标,并有效控制成本

To attend any training sessions as directed by the Executive chef, To adapt to the work of any kitchen for improve own skill. If any kitchen need assist, should arrange staff cooperate to make sure the operation smooth.      参加由行政总厨直接进行的培训,可适应任何厨房的工作以便使自己更加进步. 如果有其他厨房需      要协助,应当主动安排员工在适合的情况下积极配合以保证酒店运营

The whole hotel covers thearea of 235 acres, and the building areas are 11milion square meters. Our hotelhas 400 rooms for guests and 6 different styles of restaurants. Meanwhile, Xi’an Lintong Hotel is one of the five stars hotel which isestablished by Singapore Banyan Tree and Xi’an Qujiang Travel Investment Corporation.
