1. Enhance and assist HRM to manage HR policies and procedures in line with corporate and local policies standards.
加强并协助人力资源经理来管理政策与程序，并保持其跟集团和当地的标准相统一。
2. Support the HRM to oversee the full spectrum of HR Department.
支持人力资源经理来监督人力资源部的整体运作。
3. Provide advice to the HR team and associates on Hotel HR policies.
向人力资源团队及所有酒店同事就人力资源政策提出建议。
4. Provide HR administration support e.g. investigate associates’ grievances, explaining policies to property HR associates etc.
提供人力资源行政支持，如就员工的不满之处进行调查，并将本酒店的政策向员工做解释等。
5. Associate dispute case handling
解决员工纠纷。
6. Liaise with departments for any associates issues.
就员工的事宜与部门进行沟通。
7. Maintains efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operaitonal reports on time.
保持高效的部门内部行政事务的正常运转，包括准备并准时递交营运报告等。
8. Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the organization by maintaining effective working relationship with colleagues.
通过有效的工作关系来提高组织的人员士气，增强团队凝聚力等。
9. Perform any tasks as required by the HRM and Company.
完成由人力资源总监和公司指派的任何任务。
