4. Conduct daily walk-through of banquet floor to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards.
每日巡视宴会现场去询问顾客的满意度，看是否达到质量标准。
5. Review and distribute group file turnovers with Conference Services Executive / Manager and Sales Manager based on existing relationships, workload and experience.
检查从销售部交接的团队活动并按照实际情况分派到指定的宴会及会议服务经理
6. Handle catering groups as dictated by business levels and established existing accounts.
