岗位职责/职位描述

1. Be fully conversant with all services and Hot Spring facilities in order to be able to make helpful recommendations, and to be able to up-sell services and cross sell products.

熟悉温泉的服务和设施,针对性地进行有效的推荐,推广销售温泉服务及产品。

2. Accepts and accurately records all guest bookings for services in accordance with departmental procedures.

按照部门程序接受并准确地预订客人的温泉服务。

3. Ensures that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with hotel’s accounting procedures.

确保所有收银按照温泉规定的财务程序执行。

4. Accepts responsibility for, and to show initiative in decision-making, when handling minor guest objections, in order to enhance guest satisfaction and update superior thereafter.

客人有小意见时,主动出谋划策,提高客人的满意度并更新给上级。

5. Refers major guest objections to immediate superior to prevent further guest dissatisfaction.

客人的主要投诉必须马上向直属上级报告主要,进一步消除客人的不满。

6. Ensures the security and safety of all areas and facilities, and to be responsible for keys.

确保所有区域和设备的安保和安全,负责钥匙的保管工作。

7. To supervise and strictly check standards of the all subordinates with their work and grooming. Be able to evaluate and give feedback to staff for improvement and motivate staff, to ensure excellent service quality.

监管并严格检查所有下属的工作和仪容标准。能够评估和给予员工反馈改进并激励员工以确保优质的服务质量。

8. Perform as the receptionist / cashier when needed or any assignment by superior

当需要时,担任前台/收银员工作,或上级领导委派的其他工作。

9. Always going extra mile for customer satisfaction within company rules and regulation.

在公司规章和制度内,总是会加倍努力让顾客满意。

10. In charge and help to solve problems in the absence of the director. Assist director to deal with management system, as well as organize and strictly follow with the management rules and reports to director thereafter.

总监不在时,负责并帮忙解决问题。协助总监处理管理系统,组织并严格遵循管理规章并向总监报告。

11. Take initiative to learn about the industry and competitors, provides suggestions for improvement. 

主动了解行业和竞争对手,并提出改进意见。

12. Conduct the briefing for each shift and arrange the tasks to the team.

执行每个班次简报工作,并为团队安排工作。

13. Arrange the duty roster for HS associates.

为温泉部员工安排工作时间表。

14. Check the facility before and after HS operation hours to make sure the standard procedures are followed.

温泉营运时间前/后检查设备,确保所有都遵循标准程序。

15. Always walk around HS facility to ensure the guest safety and satisfaction.

时刻巡视温泉设施以确保客人的安全和满意度。

16. Conduct the proper training to HS associates.

为温泉员工安排合适的培训。

17. Conduct the monthly inventory stock take according to the standard.

根据标准执行每月库存盘点

18. Assist the director to improve HS SOP.

协助总监改进温泉SOP。

19. Attend meeting required to present the department.

代表部门参加要求的会议。

20. Assist the director to do staff performance appraisal.

协助总监考核员工工作表现。

21. Assist the director to do the associate interview for new hire.

协助总监面试新员工。

22. Assist the director to do the department budget and forecast.

协助总监进行部门预算及预测。

23. Reports for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times. Full grooming/neat/tidy.

准时上班,正确穿着制服并佩戴名牌。仪表整齐/整洁/干净。

24. Maintains high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

时刻保持高标准的个人仪容仪表和卫生清洁。
