1. Garrya xi'an Lintong is in the pre-opening stage and managed by the Banyan Tree Group.

2. Ensure that the Team conforms to Telephone SOP to provide consistent high level of service:
保证团队符合电话接听标准操作规程，保证提供高标准服务。
3. Use prescribed telephone scripts.

4. Check to ensure the team conforms to Email/Fax Reply SOP to deliver consistent high level of service:
检查以保证团队符合电子邮件或者传真回复的标准操作规程以提供高标准服务。
5. Response/reply all incoming email enquiries/bookings within next 24 working hours.
在24个工作时数内回复所有的邮件咨询或者预定。
6. Process all incoming faxes bookings receive on the same working day.
在一个工作日内处理所有的传真预定。
7. Check to ensure the team conforms to Data input standard in Opera system.
检查以保证团队符合在Opera系统内的数据输入规范。
8. Provide coaching and training to Reservations Team: 
引导和培训房屋预定团队。      
9. Conduct monthly check to ensure hotel information kept in “Shared” drive is maintained and update regularly. 
每月检查以保证在公共盘内的酒店信息的维护和定期更新。
10. Directs and co-ordinates subordinate reservation staff to ensure that day to day operational matters are handled on time.
指挥，监督，协调属下员工确保工作能够有序地进行
11. Ensures that all reservation details are accurately entered into the computer in a timely manner.
确保所有预订信息都被规范，及时地录入系统
12. Monitors the hotel room inventory, maximising the yield.
监督房态，使收益最大化
13. Monitors and controls the hotel overbooking status ensuring it remains within the predetermined levels.
监督并控制酒店超额预订，确保它在可控制的范围之内
14. Monitors the performance of PABX/Voice Mail/Call Accounting software and maintain logbook of equipment performance report
15. 监测程控交换机，语音邮件，通信呼叫统计软件的运转情况，并将设备运转报告的登記在日志
16. Develops working plans to carry out goals, compares actual achievements against goal periodically, take necessary corrective actions
制订工作计划以实现目标，定期将实际成绩与所定目标进行对比，并采取必要的纠正措施
17. Organizes and conducts regular meeting for all Guest Service Center & reservation staff to facilitate communication and a smooth operation
组织和召开由所有宾客服务中心预订部员工参加的会议，以加强交流和保证业务的顺利进行
18. Prepares efficient work schedule for Guest Service Center & reservation staff, arranging holidays, vacation, taking occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements into consideration
在考虑酒店入住情况和预测以及大规模的团组活动的前提下，为宾客服务中心预订部员工准备高效的工作计划，安排节日和假日
19. Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
与上级领导和人力资源部一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
20. Maximizes room sales and revenue for property, and ensure compliance with Revenue Management guidelines and oversee that all staff are offering full alternatives to guests when their original requests cannot be met.
最大化酒店销售和收益，并保证符合酒店的收入管理方针并监督所有员工在客户的初始要求不能满足时提供详尽的可选服务。
21. Supervise and ensure smooth operation of Reservations Department.
给予其它主管一些正面的建议及推荐以此促进整个酒店的提高。
22. Assist and support Revenue Manager whenever necessary.
在任何有必要时候协助并支持收益管理经理的工作。
23. Train and motivate staff to operate with a sales attitude and are aware of sales opportunities to maximize revenue. 
培训并激励员工有促销的意识，最大化酒店收益。
