1.Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity

2.Focus on Lobby Area, make sure each guest could get proper assistance.
关注大堂区域，确保每一位宾客得到相应的协助。
3.During the conversation with the guest, try best to find the guest preferences then keep good record. Find each opportunity to let the guest feel our personal attention on him/her.                                          
在与宾客交流过程中，尽量找出宾客的喜好并做好详细记录。找寻一切机会让宾客感觉酒店对其的个性化的关注。
4.Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.
熟练掌握部门内程序、标准。
5.Monitor guest relations’ personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
在入住期间，监察和督促客户关系，个人化的重视和提供温馨的服务最大化的满足客人
6.Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery

7.Input guest data into Opera history system
录入客人资料在系统里。
8.Assist to promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities
协助推广酒店的销售和设施
9.Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follows up on corrective action
处理客人的投诉，做出相应的行动。
10.Assist in review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests
根据当日预定报表提前检查贵宾的房间分配，欢迎物品和满足特别的要求
11.Be sensitive to know the guests’ birthday, anniversary, honey-monger, and etc.
敏锐的获得相关信息，客人的生日，周年纪念日，蜜月旅行等。
