1.负责客房管理，包括日常运营、卫生清洁、设备设施维护等方面；
2.制定并执行客房工作计划，确保工作质量达到酒店标准；
3.协调各部门之间的工作，确保客房运营顺畅；
4.对客房部工作人员进行培训、评估和选拔，提高团队整体素质；
5.处理客户投诉和意见，及时客房楼层出现的问题。
6.熟悉楼层管理流程和规范，了解相关法律法规；
7.具备良好的组织协调能力和沟通能力，能够处理突发事件和解决问题；
8.具备团队合作精神，能够积极配合其他部门工作。
9.根据工作安排进行轮班；
10.需要具备一定的体力，能够应对楼层工作中的搬运、清洁等工作。
