Complete the production and serving of Chinese pastry in accordance with hotel menu standards and customer taste requirements, ensuring all products meet standardized criteria in color, aroma, taste and appearance.按照酒店菜单标准及宾客口味要求，完成中式面点的制作与出品，确保所有产品在色、香、味、形等方面均达到标准化标准。
Strictly comply with food safety and hygiene operation specifications, be responsible for the acceptance, storage and use of pastry raw materials, reasonably control operating costs and reduce food waste.严格遵守食品安全与卫生操作规范，负责面点原材料的验收、储存与使用，合理控制运营成本，减少食品浪费。
Cooperate with the head chef to complete daily food preparation and serving work in the pastry area, ensuring timely supply during peak dining hours.配合厨师长完成面点区域的日常备餐与出品工作，确保用餐高峰时段及时供应。
Regularly participate in the research, development and trial production of new pastry products, and adjust formulas and production techniques according to seasonal changes and customer feedback.定期参与新面点产品的研发与试制，并根据季节变化及顾客反馈调整配方与制作工艺。
Maintain the cleanliness and daily maintenance of the pastry workshop and equipment, and complete daily closing hygiene work as well as raw material inventory records.负责面点工作间及设备的清洁与日常维护，完成每日收档卫生工作及原材料盘点记录。
Assist other kitchen positions with temporary work tasks to ensure the smooth overall operation of the kitchen.协助厨房其他岗位的临时性工作任务，确保厨房整体运营顺畅。
