岗位职责
1.负责员工日常假期、工资及社保福利管理工作。
2.负责办理普通员工的入职、离职手续, 及人事变动的审核工作。
3.合理调配酒店的人力资源，并提出有效的建议和意见。
4.负责员工人事档案的管理, 及对外公文之草拟和处理。
5.协助建立酒店人事管理相关制度、员工保险 及福利方面的政策。
6.负责各种人事政策的具体实施及检查工作。
岗位要求
1.本科以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2.熟悉员工的有关法规和条例；掌握教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论。
3.熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
4.了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
5.具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
6. 具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
语言能力：英语-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：22-35岁
