1. To drop off and collect guests in thehotel buggy according to the standards and procedures of the hotel.      按酒店标准接送客人。
2. To deliver newspapers and messages toguests room, and to deliver and collect luggage in a timely and efficientmanner.    及时有效地发送报纸、留言及收送行李到客人的房间。
3. To load and unload cars on arrival anddeparture of guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.    在客人到达和离开时协助客人上下车并帮助客人上下行李。
4. To ensure that guests expectations aremet or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.     通过提供高效、友好、及时的服务，达到并超过客人的期望。
5.To check the lobby helping to keep it clean and tidy and report any defects.    保持大堂的清洁卫生，如果有损坏及时报告。
6. To check the hotel buggies making surethey are clean and in good working order.    确保电瓶车清洁并且运行良好。
7. To supervise the traffic at the portecochere.     协调车辆停放秩序。
8. Answers guest inquiries by providingaccurate and appropriate information.    对于客人提出的问题提供准确，适当的信息。
9. Handles customer complaints if possible,or reports them to supervisors.    尽可能解决客人的投诉，否则上报主管。
