3. Oversee theservice standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisitestandards and meet or exceed customer expectations.

4. Liase with theKitchen, Stewarding, Bars, Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure that theoperation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.

5. Assist in theplanning and execution of promotional activities as directed

6. Maximise revenuein the outlet by implementing upselling procedures

9. Conduct frequentfront and back of house checks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures,standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, employee groomingand manning levels are in order and take appropriate action where necessary
