 1. Assist Personnel Officer on the all HR daily work.

2. To ensure that all documentation is completed accurantely for all associates..

3. To handle all personnel correspondence as directed.

4.To assist with updating all staff notice boards.

5. To maintain clean and tidy of the associate lounge.

6. To perform special  projects/ad-hoc assignments as and well assigned.

7. Perform any tasks as required by the HRM and Company.

8. Perform any additional duties as directed by the Personnel officer.

9. Is fully conversant with all   health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.

10. Maintain a high standard of   personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.

11. Is polite and professional in   any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.

12. Attends meetings and training   as required by the Personnel Officer.
应人事主任的要求参加相关的会议及培训。
13. Ensures that all activies are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local law.
