岗位职责
1. Knowledge of safety & hygiene procedures and train the staff accordantly
按照安全卫生程序培训员工
2. Consolidates all food requisitions and controls them in cooperation with Executive Sous Chef then presents them to Executive Chef for approval
配合行政副总厨总结所有关于食品的需求并加以控制，然后呈报给行政总厨批准
3. Makes sure that all inter-kitchen’s transfers are complete, accurate and made in time
确保所有厨房间的转移是完整，准确，及时作出
4. Helps Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in checking the quality of food being received from the direct market
协助行政总厨和副总厨检查所有直接从市场上收货的食物的品质
5. Makes out time schedules and annual leaves in cooperation with the section heads for Executive Chef’s approval
在分部门主管的协助下做好排班表和休假申请，并报以行政总厨审批
6. Trains, guides and evaluates the performance for personnel
培训，指导和评估人员的表现
7. Helps Executive Chef in planning and conducting team member’s training classes
规划和实施团队成员的培训课程，帮助行政总厨
8. Ensures that all machines, furniture, equipment and utensils are clean and in working conditions at all times and that the kitchen is always clean and in a safe condition to prevent unnecessary accidents
