1.配合培训经理制定酒店相关模块培训计划和月度培训计划。
2.跟踪评估培训效果，进行改进。
3.按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。
4.与相关部门进行沟通，取得培训工作所需的协助。
5.审批修订各种培训教材；负责员工考核工作的实施。
6.负责经常深入部门，了解部门的培训需要，提出可行性教学建议。
岗位要求
1.具备同等酒店相关工作经验者优先；
2.普通话标准，英语流利；
3.熟练操作办公室Office软件；
4.具备良好的组织和沟通能力，抗压能力和适应能力强。
