2、充分了解本地的卫生法律和法规
3、详细了解危害分析与关键控制点（HACCP）和食品安全管理体系（SFS）
4、建立食品卫生管理档案，保存各种检查记录
5、有培训、审计等方面的工作经验，组织酒店员工进行卫生法律和卫生知识培训
岗位要求：
1、具有丰富的食品卫生安全知识，有食品处理及各种卫生标准的相关工作经验
2、持有行业卫生资格证书或者职业安全证书者优先
