岗位职责：
1、全面负责酒店财务部运作；2、在规划和执行战略方案以及预算时，提供财务指导；
3、确保库存盘点包括食品，饮料，经营用品和操作设备按原定计划进行；
4、审查所有内部和外部审计报告；
5、执行和审查财务管理方法和规章；
6、提供财务情况汇总分析报告。
岗位要求：
1、财务管理、会计专业；
2、具有2年以上财务部负责人工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式；
3、通晓财务、会计、税务知识、掌握法律相关知识；
4、具有一定的外部关系协调和统筹管理能力；
5、良好的团队领导力、协作能力，优秀的沟通、分析能力。
