[岗位职责]
1、根据经理制定的工作计划，负责监协调分配部门内各岗位人员的工作顺利实施。
2、善于协调部门之间和部门内部人际关系，提高工作效率。
3、负责处理客人投诉，并将处理结果上报上级。
4、协助部门对每日客流量进行综合分析，制定接客方案、部署工作，保证每日的营运正常。
5、完成经理交办的其他事项。
[岗位要求]
1、旅游管理或酒店管理专业优先。
2、具备良好的职业道德和敬业精神，工作认真负责。
3、具有较强的组织协调能力以及社交能力。
4、熟悉温泉行业，取得相关专业资格证书优先。
5、熟悉电脑操作。
