岗位职责：
1、按照下达的任务单，组织面点师制作各种面点产品；
2、负责饼房日常运营管理，合理安排烘焙岗位人员工作，确保产品制作效率与出品质量；
3、制定并执行各类面包、蛋糕及甜点的配方标准与生产流程，控制原材料使用成本；
4、监督生产区域的卫生清洁与设备维护，确保符合食品安全与操作规范要求；
5、组织开展新品研发与试制，配合市场活动推出季节性或主题性烘焙产品；
6、完成厨师长交派的其他工作。
岗位要求；
1、中专学历以上，烹饪专业出身；
2、具有饼房相关管理工作经验2年以上；
3、熟悉西式面包及糕点制作，有一定的创新意识。
