2、 准确地管理签约会议团队/宴会预定，充分地提高宴会厅使用率、营业额、以及客户满意度。
3、 通过与销售及营运部门地紧密合作圆满完成团队、会议、宴会等活动的接待工作。
4、 确保所有信息的详细，所有记账的准确。
5、打电话与客户/会议企划者交流并且以书面的形式进行追踪。
岗位要求：
1、具有在国际连锁酒店同职位相关经验。
2、了解本地客户的情况并具有一定的市场分析能力。
