1. Transmit the instruction of Director of Security to employee and play the role on communication in department.

2. Use Ritz-Carlton telephone etiquette when handling phones, and pass information to Director of Security and others in time.

3. To be responsible for publishing the hotel activities and work assignment in notes board for disseminating the information to each employee in time. 
负责公布酒店活动和工作安排， 并及时散发给部门的每一个员工
4. Issue various memos, cc-mail to concerning department and Seacliff. 
发出各种公文，抄送邮件给相关部门
5. In case of any emergency, inform shift supervisor above by walkie-talkie, telephone as soon as possible, call operator or the department concerned if necessary. 
如有任何紧急情况，尽快用对讲机，电话，呼叫系统通知当班主管， 如有必要，通知总机和相关部门。
6. Prepared to assist guests whenever necessary.
无论何时， 如有必要都要准备好向客人提供帮助 
7.  All emergencies (fire, bomb threaten, power shut down, guest trapped in the elevator, damaged property etc.) responded to in a timely manner.
所有的紧急事件（火灾，炸弹恐吓，停电，客人电梯被困，财物损坏等）的反应都必须是及时的。
8. To be in charge of the management of security departmental file. Put the materials into different categories for finding out the files conveniently.
负责保安部部门文档管理。分类归挡，以便方便地找出。
9. Keep the various documents professionally for providing it to Director of Security whenever necessary.
专业地保存各种文档以备保安总监使用。
10.  During the government official, VVIP guests and important accommodation, complete the security work plan translation, the entire contingency plan and the post designation translation. 
在政府官员，贵宾入住期间，完成保安工作计划，意外事故，以及岗位指派的翻译。
