职位描述

1. Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities

建立成功的合作关系以创造销售机会

  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing  and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales       calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.

建立和加强与现有客户和新客户的关系以增加未来的预订。责任包括电话销售,宴请,实地考察,贸易展览等

  • 2. Develops relationships within community to strengthen       and expand customer base for special corporate sales opportunities.

开发社区内的关系,以加强和扩大客户群,以增加公司散客销售机会

  • 3. Meeting Manages and develops relationships with key       internal and external stakeholders.

  • 4. Provides accurate, complete and effective account information to DOS

  • 5. Conducting Daily Sales Activities that Achieve Department Goals

  • 6. Responds to incoming special corporate opportunities for the       property that are outside parameters of the history data.

  • 7. Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.

  • 8. Executes and supports the operational aspects of  business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer       correspondence).

  • 9. Maintain a competitive edge over the competition by      consistently being creative in developing new ways and new ideas to   attract new and repeat business.
