职位描述

JOB OVERVIEW:


  1. 1 To manage the MarketingCommunications strategy for the hotel so

  2.        as to  build the image and positionfor the hotel to target

  3.       markets.

       管理酒店的营销推广策略,为酒店树立目标市场的形象和定位。  


    2 Execute collateral and ad programs according to brand standards. 

  4.     按照品牌标准执行宣传品和广告项目。


    3 Direct the public relations strategy to achieve top-of-mind awareness.

           指导公关策略,最大限度的提高知名度。  


    4 Assist with execution oftactical and online marketing promotions to  

  5.       drive  revenue delivery.

       协助执行营销战术和线上市场推广活动来提升营收。


  6. JOB  SPECIFIC TASKS 工作内容: 

    1)Media Pitching:Proactively develops, communicate, and pitch newsworthy stories to  appropriate local, regional and

    international media to support sales and marketing goals.  Seek opportunities rather than reacting. Produce four press releases per month.

    媒体推销:积极开展沟通,向当地,区域和国际媒体推销有新闻价值的故事,以支持销售和市场目标。寻找机会而不是只做出反应。每月发表四篇新闻推广稿。 

    2)Media FAM Groups:Develop newsworthy itineraries for visiting press groups. Work with airlines and sponsors to create press trip opportunities.

    媒体FAM组:为来访的新闻集团开发有新闻价值的行程。与航空公司和赞助商合作,创造媒体体验旅行机会。 

    3)Media Relations 媒体关系:

    - Make successful media visits in different markets, arranging interviews and press events.

    根据不同的需求进行媒体访问,安排采访和新闻发布会。           

    - Represent the hotel at company media events.

    代表酒店参加媒体活动。           

    - Supervise local PR efforts.

    指导当地的公关工作。 

  7.  - Support corporate PR needs, goals and strategies.

    支持公司的公关需求,目标和策略。 

     4)Maintain The Ritz-Carlton Mystique保持丽思卡尔顿的秘诀

    - Provide lateral service to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company PR network.

    为丽思卡尔顿酒店对外公关宣传网络提供全方位的服务。 

     - Assure consistency of image in public relations, communications and materials.

    保证酒店形象与对外宣传资料的一致性。  

    - Uphold the Gold Standards and bring the Credo to life.

    坚持丽思卡尔顿黄金准则,并把信条融入生活中。 

    5)Community Outreach 社区宣传

    - Establish network of local sponsors, suppliers, community organizations and leaders to develop multiple beneficial relationships.

    建立关系网(本地赞助商、供应商、社区组织和领导人),发展多种有益的关系。  

    • Identify charitable and promotional opportunities through capitalizing

      on a contact network.

      建立联系人网络来确定慈善活动和推广活动机会。 

      - Develop industry contacts, eg airlines, professional organizations.

      建立业界关系网,如航空公司、专业组织。 

      6)Marketing Communications 营销传媒

      - Assure efficient flow of artwork production. Copy writing and proof-reading of collateral which supports public relations campaigns.

      确保宣传作品的有效生产。支持公共关系活动宣传文案的编写和校对工作。 

      - Oversee photography

      摄影监管

      7)Maintain reference library:Updating library of magazines / publications

      维护参考图库:更新杂志/出版物 

    •  8)Database management:Maintaining media and F&B databases
