2.Fulfill the basic working of carpenter, painter, plasterer according to requirements & his special type of work.
根据自己所专长的工种，按照要求完成木工、油漆工、泥工的基本工作。
3.In charge of the maintenance of hotel’s blanket and wallpaper.
负责酒店地毯和墙纸的维修和保养。
4.Try to fulfill maintenance working of the lock, door-closer, door, window & hardware in the public are of the hotel and the guest room.
在酒店的公共区域和客房维修时尽可能完成锁、闭门器以及门窗、五金件的维修工作。
5.Try to keep the working area neatly in the process of maintenance, specially avoid disturbing the guests and minimize potential complains from the guests in the public area and guest room.
在维修保养的过程中尽量保持工作场地的整洁，特别在公共区域和客房中尽量避免打扰有关客人，以免受到有关投诉。
6.Pay more attention to fire prevention of working area, specially the pain room & carpenter room must execute strictly of the relevant fire prevention regulations.
特别注意工作场地的防火，油漆间及木工工作间是重点防火区域，必须严格执行有关防火规定。
7.Pay attention to use & keep special tools, especially prevent accident when use the carpenters machine.
注意对专用工具的使用和保管，特别是使用木工机械的时候防止事故发生。
8. Accept other working task instructed by the duty engineer & concerned supervisors from time to time.
随时执行值班工程师和有关主管安排的其他工作任务。
9.Keep the working area orderly & neatly.
要保证工作间的整齐整洁。
10.To ensure the clearness and tidiness of the access panel, floor and etc in the guestroom after repairing.
所有的员工进入客房工作后，要确保客房检修口，地面和整个客房的干净，清洁，有序。
11.To provide a courteous & professional service at all times.

12.Accept other assignments instructed by supervisor & duty engineer from time to time.
