1) Prepare, mix, present and serve all types of beverages based on the beverage manual by actively interacting with guests by focusing on quality, accuracy, efficient and guest experience.
根据酒水单准备,制作,展示及服务各类酒水,积极与宾客互动,重点关注质量,准确性,速度及宾客体验。
2) The Head Bartender, is an Entertainer which can actively interact with guests with ease, feel and influence their moods if necessary, think on their feet, prepare beverages according to guest’s preferences, creating special beverages to blow away guests and creating memories.
首席调酒师可以通过与宾客的积极互动来舒缓,影响宾客的情绪和心情,通过迅速的反应,准备和提供个性化的酒水服务,让宾客感到惊喜,让宾客拥有终生难忘的美好回忆。
3) Takes pride in their products and ingredients and ensures proper storage and safety of all the stocks in the bar.
确保产品及原料得到适当及安全的储存。
4) Is meticulous about the spotless working environment cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area, fridges, bar floor, storage areas, glassware and all equipment in and around the bar.

5) Is flexible and can perform all duties and responsibilities of a cashier when assigned at the poolside.

6) Performs other tasks assigned by the managers, which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the hotel.

7) In charge of daily Inventory and sales reports following the opening/closing checklists and to do lists.

8) Maintains and ensures cleanliness and sufficient operating equipment others required for service hours in the bar.
维护和清洁酒吧的设备,确保在营运时 间足够使用对餐饮部的产品知识了解深入,包括各餐厅的推广计划、餐厅营业时间以及食品和酒水知识。
9) Upsell F&B products.
推销餐饮产品。
10) Handles the orderly stocking of glassware and ensures adequate stock and inventory is maintained and informs Supervisor if any equipment has to be re-ordered in a timely manner.
负责玻璃器皿的维护和储存,如有需要补充的及时通知餐厅主管。
11) Ensures a standard cleanliness and mise-en-place in the bar following the standard.
确保吧台及后区符合既定卫生标准。
12) Validates guest orders in the guest check, received payment from guest / guest signature and completes for the total sales
买单前检查账单项目,确保收款准确无误。
13) Checks and controls the temperature of the bar and wine chillers and notes them on the temperature record on a daily basis.
每日检查和控制酒吧及葡萄酒冷却器的温度,并进行记录。
14) Performs the sequence of service, like all the other servers.
为宾客展示标准的服务流程。
15) Is passionate and constantly keep themselves up to date about their craft, participates in associations and club membership related to bar/cocktails and wines to update knowledge on latest service style and products, as well as promoting the image of bar.
富有激情的,不断的自我完善,通过加入酒水相关的组织或团体来提升酒水知识,服务品质,同时宣传酒吧。
16) Establishes and maintains respectful and good relations with colleagues within and with other departments.
在本部门团队成员间及与其他部门成员间建立并维持相互尊重及良好关系。
17) Assists colleagues within and other departments in the performance of duties and responsibilities to attain quality product and service for the Hotel.
与团队成员互帮互助包含餐饮部成员及其他部门成员,相互尊重,促进团队合作,为公司绩效作贡献。
18) Attends the daily briefings, the monthly colleague meeting and relevant trainings conducted by the Hotel management.
参加每日的部门会议,月度团队成员会议及酒店组织的相关培训。
19) Keeps themselves informed of all pertinent details concerning the Hotel.
确保了解酒店相关信息。
20) Knowledgeable on all food and beverage menus of the restaurants and bars, preparation methods, ingredients and presentations.
熟悉所有餐厅及酒吧食品及酒水菜单的内容、制作方法、制作原料及展示讲解。
21) Takes accurate orders for all guests according to the given standard and practices suggestive selling to boost F&B sales.
遵循标准,准确的为宾客点单并根据宾客喜好为其提供建议及推荐酒水以提高餐饮收入。
22) Keeping the Supervisor updated on the challenges, orders, guest satisfaction, guest preferences and special requests.
确保主管接收到最新的宾客预定信息,包括困难,订单, 客人满意度,宾客喜好及特殊需求。
23) Be ready to offer lateral service to other department so that the needs of each other are met.
在任何部门需要协助时,积极主动的提供帮助以满足同事的需求。
24) Adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook.
严格执行员工手册中的条例。
25) Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.

26) Actively participate in activities concerning the protection of the environment.

27) Ability to exercise good judgments in determining potentially intoxicated guests.
能够冷静处理酒醉客人。
28) Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide to local liquor laws, particularly those prohibiting service to minors intoxicated persons and drunk driving.
完全了解本地的酒水管理制度并严格遵守,特别是严禁对未成年人贩卖酒精饮品。
29) Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and extend towards all hotel guests and staff.

30) Successful completion of the training/certification process.
