岗位职责
1.服从上级的工作安排；
2.按照行李服务流程和要求，为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，并将每次运送情况做好记录；
3.协助做好大堂寻人服务和在大堂放置各类告示牌，及时撤换过期的告示牌并搬至指定的存放地点；
4.阻挡精神病患者和衣冠不整者进入酒店，发现异常情况，立即与值班的保安人员或大堂经理联系，妥善处理；
5.准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作；
6.受理客人行李寄存及领取，并做好详细的存取记录
7.积极参与酒店和部门组织的各项活动，完成上级交予的各项工作。
岗位要求
1.工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活；
2.能进行简单的英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18-30岁
