Responsibilities 工作职责

1.Prepare and serve food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards per established menu from supervisor.
2.Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not prepare beyond estimated needs.
3.Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.
4.Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures; check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages; return all food items not used to designated storage areas, being sure to cover/date all perishables; assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems; control food waste, loss and usage per policies.
5.Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
6.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

4.给所有食品容器标日期并及时更换,确保所有易腐坏的东西保持在适当的温度内;检查班次的使用标准,确定必要的准备,冰箱的设置;注意任何商品缺货或可能缺货的现象;返还不用于指定存储区的所有食品,一定要盖上/标出日期的所有东西;协助建立计划和行动纠正任何食品成本问题;控制食物浪费、损耗和使用政策。
5.遵守四季酒店一类和二类工作规则和员工手册上罗列的行为准则。
6.与同事、上级协调工作。


Preferred Qualificationand Skills 岗位职责


1.High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
2.Minimum 6 months culinary or related work experience.  While this is a developmental position, advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
3.Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.

1.高中学历,烹饪学校或烹饪学院学历或同等经验
