Responsibilities工作职责

1.Ensures that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes;
2.Organises and sets up the assigned section of the respective Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity；
3.Assists the Junior Sous-Chef, Sous-Chef and Chef de Cuisine in ensuring that all culinary standards in that section comply with company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards.
1.确保所有菜肴是根据标准菜谱一直准备的;
2.组织和建立餐饮厨房内分配好的部分，尽可能有效的加速和生产力最大化；
3.协助副厨师长，厨师长和高级厨师长确保所在区域内的所有厨房标准均符合酒店政策，程序和标准。

Preferred Qualification and Skills岗位职责

1.High school education or equivalent culinary experience；
2.One to two years previous experience or internship in culinary/food & beverage, Hospitality as supervisory position;
3.Requires a working knowledge of division operations；
4.Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job；
5.Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools effectively.
6.Requires basic reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language
1.高中学历，或者需要同等相关厨房经验;
2.一到两年经验，或者有在厨房/餐饮，酒店等做主管的实习经验;
3.需要部门运营的工作知识;
4.在职学习的工作知识;
5.需要有效的操作和使用厨房生产设备和工具的能力;
6.需要具备良好的英文阅读，写作，口语能力
