Responsibilities工作职责
1.Ensures that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes;
2.Organises and sets up the assigned section of the respective Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity;
3.Assists the Junior Sous-Chef, Sous-Chef and Chef de Cuisine in ensuring that all culinary standards in that section comply with company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards.

Preferred Qualification and Skills岗位职责
1.High school education or equivalent culinary experience;
2.One to two years previous experience or internship in culinary/food & beverage, Hospitality as supervisory position;
3.Requires a working knowledge of division operations;
4.Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job;
5.Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools effectively.
6.Requires basic reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language
