1.	Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards

2.	Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

3.	Maintain the cleanliness of the office.
保持办公室的整洁。
4.	Update and maintain the hotel's bulletin boards for sharing hotel information with all staff. 
更新和维护酒店的公告栏，与所有员工共享酒店信息。
5.	Assist with daily locker checks; ensure that the employee locker room is clean and orderly. 
协助日常更衣柜的检查工作，确保员工更衣室整洁有序
6.	Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events, and update the Wechat for sharing hotel activity information with outside. (15%)
协助规划和执行所有员工关系活动，并及时更新酒店与外界分享活动信息的微信。
7.	Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. 
完成酒店管理层及员工交办的其他任务或项目。
