Responsibilities 工作职责
The Floor Supervisor coordinates and supervises all Room Attendant in the Floor, to ensure proper completion of all tasks. Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of guest room and surrounding areas, and for guest services on the guest floors in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts and by the Hotel in order to ensure friendly, efficient and customer orientated service in a clean and orderly environment.
楼层主管负责协调、督导所有楼层员工，确保完成被赋予的所有工作项目。按照四季集团及本地酒店所制定的标准、方针、政策,楼层主管要负责客房和周围环境的卫生，力争为我们的客人提供友善、高效的顾客第一的服务。

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责
1.High School education or equivalent experience；
2.At least have two years related working experience；
3.Pleasant and Friendly;Work independently;Able to take ownership and initiative；
4.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
1.高中及以上学历；
2.至少2年的国际酒店工作经验；
3.友好的，能够独立工作并具有主动意识；
4.能够讲普通话及具有在中国工作的许可。
