Responsibilities
工作职责

Be responsible for departmental administrative issues. Offer support Director of Security. Provide support and clerical expertise to Security Department and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
负责酒店保安部行政性事务处理。专业高效地为保安总监及部门提供行政支持,秉承四季酒店相关政策，为宾客满意度作出努力。

1. Be responsible for drafting Memos and make sure all information are understood and correctly applied.
2.Be responsible for departmental attendance record and make sure the attendance report is correct. 
3.Be responsible for translation.  
4.Attend relevant meeting take meeting minutes. Work out correct Meeting Minutes accordingly.
1.负责起草相关函件，并做好往来函件上传下达工作。
2.对员工考勤统计负责，保证考勤准确无误。
3.负责相关文件翻译工作。
4.出席各相关会议并做好会议记录，届时出具相应会议纪要。


Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能

1.Be of 1-2 years working experience at the same position as the department secretary in 5-star international hotel.
2.Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working. 
3.Be familiar with hotel operation 
4.College education or equivalent experience. 
1.1-2年于国际五星级酒店同等职位（部门秘书）工作经验。
2.冷静耐心，具备服务热情。有强烈的事业心与责任心，具备团队精神，秉公办事。
3.熟悉酒店操作流程。 
4.大专或以上学历。
