Responsibilities 
工作职责

1.Inspects all public areas and back of house areas daily
每日检查所有的公共区域和后区
2.Records daily work assignments, follows up on areas that require attention
记录每日工作分配，跟进需要注意的事项
3.Records incidents and outstanding items or work and records action on repairs and maintenance work orders
记录突发事件及特别值得关注的事宜, 在维修/维护工作单上注明跟踪行动
4.Notes and reports any pest sightings in the Pest Control Log Book
汇报所发现的所有虫害现象，并记录在虫害控制记录本上
5.Schedules cleaning of and maintains store rooms in orderly manner
有计划地清洁、维护客房，以确保其按程序运做
6.Conduct regular checks on status of equipment and machinery and report to the management for maintenance. Reports and writes work orders when needed
定时汇报机器设备的工作情况。需要时，记录、开立工作单
7.Ensures proper usage of chemicals and equipment
观察并教育有关员工养成安全的工作习惯，确保化学品和设备的正确使用
8.Performs all duties in a manner that environmentally responsible and support the Engineering Department to review any area that require maintenance. Communicate closely with Engineering, Supervisor or Manager promptly when necessary.
重视环保责任，并支持工程部观察公寓硬件状态。如果有任何区域需要工程维修，及时反馈到工程部或有必要时通知主管或值班经理。
9.Ensures cleanliness of work areas and pantry; all equipment and machines are in good working condition
确保干净的工作区域及备品间;器械设备处于正常工作状态
10.Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management. 
完成其它任务或者是管理层分配的项目。

1.Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

2.Complete 12 years school education

3.At least 2-year experience in Concierge Operations.

4.Ability to interact, Displays initiative, Pleasant

5.Able to adapt to flexible and long working hours.
