Responsibilities 

工作职责


1.Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed.  Follows up on credit problems with Residences Finance Manager. Reviews all paid-outs, rebates, petty cash disbursements and any other financial-operational related subjects. Checks cashiers’ work at end of shift to ensure all transactions are reconciled with proper approvals and endorsements. 

确保日常运营遵照财务及信贷流程来。同公寓财务副总监一同处理信贷问题。审查所有现金支出,减免,现金报销和任何与财务及运营有关事宜。在每天结束的时候检查出纳员的当班工作、确保所有交易也配有适当的批准和背书。

2.Ensures that all residences, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

确保留存所有与公寓、公司、地方法规相关的财务记录;遵循财务记账,资金处理的规定;及时准确的汇报财务信息。

3.Routine rounding of the residential environment in every shift, including all the public area to ensure everything is in working condition. Reports any damages or repairs work on a timely manner and follow up the works, which have been completed. Ensures that employees grooming are up to standard. Keep Department Head well informed of any area of concerns.

4.Coordinate move in and move out in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible..

5.Ensure proper execution of work order/request system and that items are followed up on when necessary. 

保证相关工作着实执行,跟进存在系统及存在工作问题。



We Expect from You 

我们对您的期望


1.Minimum of 2 years working experience at the same position as a Duty Manager in 5-star international hotel or service apartment; or a minimum of four years’ experience in front desk’s operation in a senior position

最少2年于国际五星级酒店或服务式公寓同等职位工作经验; 或是有至少四年资深酒店或公寓前台职务的经验。

2.Preferably Graduate from Hospitality School & Completed High School

适用于完成高中学业并毕业于酒店管理学校

3.Able to converse in English.

能够用英语交谈

4.Being calm and patient and be of service passion.

冷静耐心,具备服务热情。

5.Be familiar with hotel and/or residential system and equipment.

熟悉酒店公寓设备及系统。 

6.Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer.

具备基本电脑操作知识。

7.Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Chinese language and have some Reading, writing and oral ability in English language.

具备简单英语听说读写能力。

8.Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

确保保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
