Responsibilities

工作职责

1.Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。

2.Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.

适时的为其他部门员工同样提供优质的服务。

3.Be familiar with the residential and hotel products, services and policies & procedures.

熟悉掌握公寓及酒店的产品知识、服务标准及酒店政策。

4.Handles all external and internal guests’ requests, feedback, complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, Feedback guests’ complaints to any related managers on duty in a prompt manager.

礼貌并有效地处理客人的投诉或询问，将客人投诉立即汇报至任何正在相关的值班经理。

5.Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

保持与顾客和同事之间良好的合作关系。

6.Ensures that guest history records are accurately managed.

确保客人信息的历史记录得到精确的维护。

7.Support in other operational tasks or assigned project

支持任何其他运营事项及项目计划

8.Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.

确保服务符合品牌标准的基本要求，适时提供更多可供选择的品牌服务

9.Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.

完成其它任务或者是管理层分配的项目。

We Expect from You

1.Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

确保保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。

2.Preferably Graduate from Hospitality School & Completed High School

适用于完成高中学业并毕业于酒店管理学校

3.Able to converse in English.

4.At least 2-year experience in Concierge Operations.

至少2年的礼宾部工作经验

5.Ability to interact, Displays initiative, Pleasant

6.Knowledge of computer

7.Able to work flexible hours.
