Responsibilities

1.Ensure high standards of personal grooming.

2.Personally and frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out.

3.Assist and support the developer sales team during residential sales process
协助和支持开发商销售团队进行的公寓销售活动。
4.Be familiar with the hotel and residence products and services.
熟知酒店和的产品及服务。
5.Be familiar with the city information to ensure accurate and professional information will be provided to the guest when they request.
熟知城市信息并确保为客人提供给精确和专业的信息。
6.Monitor guests preferences, comments and requests, ensure it is updated in guest profile and shared with the entire team.
