Responsibilities 工作职责
 
1.The Finance Coordinator is responsible for all secretarial and administrative functions for the Finance Department including the maintenance of the Director of Finance’s files.
2.Prepare the hotel’s daily bank deposits, control all House Funds, and issue, audit and maintain all House Banks according to Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责

1. College graduate or Certificate.
2. Two to five years experience with a Finance department,  preferably within a hotel
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings.
4. Requires knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office software.
