Responsibilities
工作职责

Responsible for enforcing the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding meeting planners through the planning process.  Communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel. Ensures successful execution of group and client satisfaction.
负责执行销售条款，并通过计划过程指导会议策划。与酒店各部门沟通客户的需求和期望，确保团队的成功执行和客户满意度。 


Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能

1. 2 to 3 years’ experience directly related to hotel conference services；
2. Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language；
3. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities；
4. Able to negotiate, organize, delegate & work under pressure； 
5. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
1.2到3年直接相关酒店会议服务的工作经验；
2.优秀的英语读写和口语能力；
3.具有解决问题，号召力，组织和培训能力；
4.能够在压力下谈判，组织，委派工作；
5.能够讲普通话及具备在中国工作的许可。
