1.Assist the Manager in his/her tasks.
2.Delegate, supervise and control the work of your subordinates.
3.Supervise the service. To ensure all the standards are constantly acted.
4.To attend and participate in all required meetings.
5.To generate new business from existing and new clients via solicitation and relationship management.
6.To execute other job-related duties as instructed by your superior.
7.To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

3.监督服务质量以确保始终遵守餐厅所有标准。
4.参加和出席所有必需的会议。

7.恰当处理任何酒店紧急或者安全情况。
