About the role
Deliver the service standard at the Health Club including the swimming pool to ensure that it achieves guest’s satisfaction and Hotel standard

What you will do
Provide members and guests the highest level of safety with excellent guarding of the pool and enforcement of pool rules and regulations. Greet and properly register members and guests at the pool.
Interacting and communicating with all the team members, peer group & management team.
Interacting with hotel guests and members reporting complaints and providing feedback to the management.
Attend regular meeting with the team to discuss any matter/issues.
Daily communication to all Life Guard regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary.

与所有的团队成员，其他部门同事和管理团队的保持互动和沟通。

通过每日例会，工作日志、备忘录、或其他必要方式和所有其他救生员沟通当日或近期需关注事宜
 
What you bring
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Mandarin and English.
An understanding of The Pool and Fitness environment.
Previous hotel experience/knowledge.
Life Guard Certificate is required.
The ability to be certified in CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation is preferrable).
流利的普通话和英语阅读、写作和口语能力。
了解游泳池和健身环境。
具备酒店相关工作经验/知识。
持有救生员职业鉴定证书。
具备CPR认证（心肺复苏能力者优先）。
