About the role
Responsible for the completion all mise-en-place and setups as indicated in the BEO in a timely manner and reflects the highest standards of the hotel.

What you will do
Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items to guests according to the BEO and departmental service flow and standards.
Assist the Director of Event Service in his tasks and share his work.
Delegate, supervise and control the work of your subordinates.
Inspect the cleanliness of both front and back areas of banquet.
Assist your subordinates in their tasks during the service.
Supervise the service.
根据宴会服务清单和部门服务流程与标准为客人提供或者协助其他工作人员为客人提供餐饮用品。
协助宴会总监完成任务并且分担他的工作。
委派，监管并且控制下属的工作。
检查宴会厅前后区域的清洁度。
在服务期间协助下属完成任务。
监督服务质量。
