About the role
The Executive Club & Business Center Supervisor must not just process a service-oriented mindset with competent technical skill and knowledge but with a committed attitude & management towards the hotel’s operation.

What you will do
Conducts regular meetings and briefings. 
Attends and contributes to all training sessions as required. 
Assures that all Executive Club & Business Center employees are familiar with current promotions, policies, hotel product knowledge and other necessary information. 
Handles all guest and internal guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. 
Maintains positive interactions between guest and employee with good working relationships. 
定期安排组织部门会议。 
积极参与和安排必要的培训。 
确保所有的行政酒廊员工熟知目前酒店的推广活动、政策、酒店产品  知识和其他的重要信息。
礼貌有效率地处理所有外部客人以及内部客人的投诉和咨询，及时跟进确保问题得以圆满解决。
建立并维护与客人和员工之间的良好关系。 

What you bring
Good knowledge and very familiar with Opera system 
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required in English and Mandarin 
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to work well under pressure 
精通Opera系统操作 
优秀的沟通技巧，良好的中英文的口语、阅读和写作 
较强的人际交往和解决问题能力以及抗压能力
