About the role
Assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of outlets and Chinese Kitchen, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.

What you will do
Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the following dishes.
Do Opening for dim sum and prepare the ingredients needed and the semi-finished products in advance.
Produces hot and cold sauces for menu items ensuring consistency.
Eggs, vegetables, fruit, rice and farinaceous dishes.
Prepares in advance food, material and equipment
needed for the service.

点心开档及准备点心酱料和需要提前制作好的点心加工半成品
项目所需要的冷热汁酱并保持出品的一致性。
蛋类、蔬菜类、水果、饭类和谷物类。
提前对食品、原料和设备的需求做好准备工作。

What you bring
A good knowledge in culinary and service rules.
Efficiency in your work, to be honest to the guests, superior and colleagues.
Have a good attitude and be willing to learn.
One to two years previous experience or internship in culinary, Hospitality as commis position.
